What a weekend we had in Dallas doing a onething conference. 2,000 came to worship Jesus and hear the Word of the Lord. After the conference, on Sunday morning, I had a personal highlight in my life I want to share. God is so good. He’s for us and likes us.

Hello my name is Jonathan. My wife and I went to the Onething Conference this past weekend in DFW, we lived right down the road from where it was being held and was not about to miss an amazing opportunity to get messed up by God.
In high school I felt a strong call of God on my life that He wanted me to be His Shofar. At first I didn’t have a clue what that meant, but after studying Scripture and other things found that the Shofar was a key instrument in the start of Battle. The horn would be blown, and the men would come to battle. Actually that same word that is used for the sound of war is used in Revelations when John said he heard a Voice like a trumpet. Pretty cool.
But I say all of that to say this. Saturday when you were talking about being a forerunner, my heart was burning inside me! I answered the call to commit myself to the 7 commitments of a forerunner and since then, I haven’t been the same. I want to thank you for being open to what Holy Spirit wants to say through you.
My wife and I are joining with a pastor in the area who is starting a church, and he has asked us to be college and career pastors. And I, and the pastor, wants to some way get involved with what IHOP is doing. If you have any suggestions on how please feel free to email me. Thank you so much again!

Good word my friend…I felt the same way when Tai came down for the pre trip and we got to have lunch with Jack…my story is the same, 10 years ago, just came into the Kingdom and the 2 teachers I couldn’t get enough resources from Jack Deere, and Mr. Bickle…crazy. Be blessed bro, glad you guys made it down.
